一、設(shè)計(jì)條件 Design condition

1、料液條件 Material condition

物 料 名稱：     微晶纖維素

Material name:     Microcrystalline Cellulose

物料固含量：     10-20%

Solid content:      10-20%

終 水   分:       ≤5%

Final moisture:      ≤5%

水 蒸 發(fā) 量：     ≥150Kg/h

Water evaporation:   ≥150Kg/h

料 液 溫 度：     90℃（常溫）(符合要求）經(jīng)過攪拌罐加熱至90℃

Material temperature: 90℃ (Normal temperature). Heated to 90℃ by stirring tank

進(jìn) 風(fēng) 溫 度：     180-250℃；控制精度偏差±3℃。

Inlet air temperature:  180-250℃, temperature accuracy is controlled ±3℃

排 風(fēng) 溫 度：      95℃

Outlet air temperature: 95℃

2、工藝條件 Technical condition

霧化方式：                    離心式

Atomizing type:                 Centrifugal type

霧滴與熱空氣接觸方式：        并流式

Contact type of fogdrops and hot air: Parallel flow type

加熱方式：                    散熱器+電加熱補(bǔ)償

Heating type:                   Steam radiator & Electrical heater

收料方式：                    主塔塔底收料+一級(jí)旋風(fēng)分離器收集
